Since opening in October 2002, The Pot & Bead has become a part of the Ashburn, VA and Loudoun County community. The Pot & Bead was even selected as a finalist in the annual Loudoun County Small Business Awards in 2005 (after being nominated 3 years in a row).

Unfortunately, due to the economy, The Pot & Bead closed in February 2008.
